Public Sector Equality Objectives
Public Sector Equality Objectives – London Borough of Hackney 2022 to 2026
The school adopts and is committed to meeting Hackney’s equality objectives.
These are to:
- Increase prosperity for all and tackle poverty and socio-economic disadvantage
- Tackle disadvantage and discrimination that is linked to a protected characteristic
- Build a cohesive and inclusive borough
Underpinning this work will be a renewed emphasis in embedding prevention into service delivery and a commitment to build a culture of inclusive leadership.
There are therefore two underpinning objectives:
- enabling objective 1: embed prevention into service delivery
- enabling objective 2: promoting a culture of inclusive leadership
